Donna L. Cisek, PA-C obtained her Associates of Science from Oklahoma City CC and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma. She obtained her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY.

 

Prior to joining the practice she had over 25 years of Critical Care and Emergency / Trauma experience as a nurse as well as a flight nurse.

 

Donna Cisek is currently a commissioned officer in the Air National Guard with multiple deployments overseas including Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

 

Donna L Cisek is Board Certified by the NCCPA and licensed by the State of New York.

She maintains certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), and as an Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic.
